Staying in 1940s Los Angeles 8/13 Records presents an expanded release of the original motion picture score to a 1997 film L.A. Confidential. This release expands on the material present on the Varese Sarabande's 2022 deluxe edition of the score. For some reason Varese didn't include any of the alternate versions of some cues from the recording sessions that surfaced on the web a long time ago. This release brings back those cues, making it a "definitive" version of the score.
